Sign Painter in Woodland Hills
Brush-lettered windows, painted wall signs and gold-leaf lettering for Woodland Hills businesses, painted by hand by Patrick the Sign Guy.
Hand-painted signs for Woodland Hills businesses
Woodland Hills is where Patrick works from, so a hand-painted job here is close to home. Restaurants and cafes on Ventura Boulevard, auto shops off Topanga Canyon Boulevard and storefronts in the Warner Center area can all get brush-lettered names, hours and gold-leaf doors without waiting on someone from across town.
A hand-painted sign has a warmth a printed one can't fake. It reads as a real local business with a real person behind it, and it can be sized and shaped to fit exactly the glass or wall you have.

Sign Painter questions
What's the difference between hand-painted and vinyl lettering?
Hand-painted lettering is brushed on by hand with sign paint, and gold leaf is applied by hand too. Vinyl lettering is cut by machine from adhesive vinyl. Patrick does both and will tell you which fits your window, budget and look.
Can you paint on glass, wood and walls?
Yes. Patrick paints lettering on storefront glass, doors, wood signs and walls, and does gold-leaf lettering on glass.
Do you come out to Woodland Hills?
Yes. Woodland Hills is close to home for Patrick, and he works on site. He'll come look at the spot and give you a free quote.
Do I need a permit in Woodland Hills?
Woodland Hills is part of the City of Los Angeles, so permanent signs there generally go through the city's Department of Building and Safety (LADBS). Window paint and window lettering are usually simpler. Ask Patrick about your sign when you call, and check with the city or your landlord before a big install.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text Patrick at (818) 300-9590, or email photos of the spot to plotnikp@yahoo.com. Quotes are free.
